Our minimum age is 18
The community is a place for adults on artificial nutrition and the adults around them to talk, share and message each other. Joining is for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly let anyone younger join.
How we check
Everyone who joins confirms they are 18 or over. This is a simple self declared check. We do not ask for identity documents.
The information pages, articles and the Battle Plan page can be read without joining. Only the community needs an account.
Keeping the community safe
- Clear community rules against abusive, harmful or illegal content.
- A Report button on every post, comment, profile and message, and a block button that hides two members from each other.
- Members' posts and pictures can only be seen by signed in members.
- Reports are looked at, content removed and accounts suspended where the rules are broken.

If you are a parent or carer
If you think someone under 18 has an account, tell us and we will look into it and remove the account if needed. Email hello@battlesofnutrition.co.uk.
